Rent to Own
Rent to own consists of a down payment, monthly rent payment, and monthly rent credits. The
typical lease period is for 1 year. After that lease is up, as long as you exercise your option to
buy, you will receive 100% of your down payment and combined monthly rent credits to go towards your
purchase of the home.
